Apartment exchange: my barcelona for your nyc

Hi everyone, As many of you know, I’m looking to spend a little more time in Nyc in the upcoming months. Ideally, I’d like to do an apartment exchange for 3-6 months starting at the middle of December or beginning of January, but I could also be potentially interested in subletting a room/apt.
